We're Looking for a Few Good Drivers

JBS Carriers is looking for a few good drivers. By a few, we mean that Carriers is looking to hire 250 or more drivers during the next six months!
But we are not looking for just anyone – we want the JBS Carrier name to be represented by elite drivers in terms of quality, safety and professionalism as JBS already offers to its drivers one of the best benefit packages in the transportation industry.
As such, we are extending our Driver Referral Program and opening it up to all JBS employees.
- Who is eligible? Every JBS employee (business unit, plant, corporate, etc.) except the recruiting employees of JBS Carriers.
- When is the referral bonus paid out? Once your referral is hired and they have completed thirty days of service, you will receive $300. Once your referral has completed six months of service, you will receive an additional $700 – for a total of $1,000 for every driver referred and successfully hired
- How can this be worth the cost? Since Carriers is looking to hire the best drivers, there are no better people to turn to than our current employees - employees who already know and practice the JBS Values and who believe in the JBS Mission.
